Professional Dog Walking Services in Chicago - FAQ's

A: Our dog walkers will walk your dog for either 25 minutes or 45 minutes. The dog walker's time will start once they reach your home and end once they leave. Also, the walk time sometimes differs depending on the dog as per their requirements.

A. Yes, of course. We are proud in assuring that your dog(s) will get the best quality individual attention for a FULL 25 minutes or 45 minutes. That said, we are aware that the requirements differ from one dog to another and we restructure our plans to fit the varying needs. Our dog walkers will accompany your dogs and you can rest without any stress.

A:  Our dog walker will send a text update and photo following each walk session.  They will also let you know anything else pertinent to your dog's health so that you remain stress free.

A: We know that sometimes the pet gets comfortable with a known dog walker so we make sure that once you book you will have the same walker as he will be aware about how your dog responds. Unless the dog walker is sick or on leave we might suggest a different walker.

A: We are pet lover’s and will be happy to feed your dog if requested and there’s no extra charge for it.

A: You can schedule walks by reaching out to us via Phone calls and text messages. Even if you do the booking at the last minute we make sure to assign you a dog walker.

A: Any walk can be canceled if received by 10:00 A.M. the day of the walk, or 2 hrs. before your dog walks through the window.
