1. What areas do you serve?
We currently offer dog walking services in Chicago IL. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us!
2. How long are the walks?
We offer different walk durations to fit your dog's needs, including 20-minute potty breaks, 30-minute walks, and 60-minute adventures!
3. Do you walk dogs in bad weather?
Yes! We walk in rain, snow, or shine. However, in extreme weather conditions, we may adjust the walk for safety.
4. Can you walk my dog off-leash?
For safety reasons, we don’t offer off-leash walks or park visits. All of our walks are on-leash to ensure your dog stays safe and secure while still getting plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention.
5. Will my dog be walked alone or in a group?
We provide solo walks only, giving your dog our walker’s full attention without the distractions of group walks. This way, every walk is tailored to your pup’s needs and comfort.
6. Do you offer same-day bookings?
We recommend booking in advance, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans change! Any walk can be canceled if received by 10:00 A.M. the day of the walk, or 2 hrs. before your dog walks through the window.
8. How do I pay for your services?
We accept Venmo or Zelle!
9. Are you insured and background checked?
Yes! Our team is fully insured and background-checked for your peace of mind.
10. How can I get started?
